A creative blend of power yoga and dumbbell weight training. It's a time-efficient mix that improves balance, increases flexibility and sculpts your entire body. Kristin uses all the classic yoga poses from simple Warrior and Chair moves to more challenging Eagle and Boat positions. But every movement is subtly enhanced with dumbbell toning often carefully structured to work your upper and lower body at the same time (e.g. Warrior III with bicep curls: it sculpts your calves while strengthening your arms). The workout has two segments; the second section repeats the earlier moves with slightly different cuing. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells.
