For this post, I will give a brief description from the first 2 pages of the Fat-Burning Foods booklet by Leandro Carvalho.

Step 1:
Determine how many calories you need to eat in 1 day. You should never go below 1,200 calories or above 2,000 calories per day.

Step 2:
Follow the Brazil Butt Lift Eating plan. The plan gives you a variety of recipes (which we will blog about) for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks!

Step 3:
