Matteo Pastorino is a full professor in the Department of Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications Engineering and Naval Architecture at the University of Genoa, where he earned his Ph.D. in electronic and computer engineering. Andrea Randazzo is an associate professor in the Department of Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications Engineering and Naval Architecture at the University of Genoa, where he earned his Ph.D. in information and communication technologies.
